What Kind of Files Can the Conciliator Compare?
Any delimited or fixed width data file with the following information can be easily compared:
- SSN
- Loan Type (such as FSTAFF, FSUB, FUNSUB)
- Amount
- Student Name (optional)
The comparison is done via file "definitions" that are easily added to the system. Customers have access to both public definitions as well as their own private definitions.
By default, the following file definitions are currently supported:
• Pell Yearly Reconciliation (pgyr)
• Direct Loan (dsdf, dslf)
• Banner Reconciliation
